  • The Offset Coil: Offset coils conform to the contours of your body. They’re made from a heavy gauge that provides a durable support system. Offset coils are the best the mattress industry has to offer.
  • Bonnell Coils: Bonnell coils function similarly to offset coils but are made from smaller gauge tempered steel. They are a slight step down from offset coils but provide the same contouring benefits.
  • Pocketed Coils: Pocketed coils are very effective at limiting side-to-side transfer in the mattress. The drawback is the gauges must sit on a flat surface so the mattress cannot be double-sided.

WE ENSURE OUR MATTRESSES ARE PROPERLY INSULATED

Insulation is a crucial element of your mattress. In addition to providing structural support, insulation is key to ensuring the comfort of the mattress. Our insulation types are:
  • Flexolator: We utilize the flexolator to prevent upholstery from falling into the coil structure. This is crucial to ensuring the lifespan of the mattress.
  • Enduralator: Compressed cotton is encased in nylon mesh. The Enduralator is placed on top of the Flexolator, creating a barrier between the coil and batting.
Cotton Batting: Our cotton batting is all-natural and hypoallergenic. Placed on the flexolator and enduralator, cotton batting adds to the structural support of the mattress.
